Sponsorship Opportunities
2008 Event (Sponsor/Amputee Scramble)
Be a sponsor and participate with amputees from all over the United States. (Note: 68 amputees from 13 states participated in the 2007 Event.)
Sponsorship includes admission to Thursday's Sponsor/Amputee Scramble, automatic entry into the on-course contests, Bar-B-Que luncheon, and official tournament golf shirt. Team and individual awards and door prizes will be distributed at the Awards Ceremony, following the Scramble.
Description of Sponsorship Options:
Platinum Sponsor ($750):
Two Teams (three players each), six luncheons, six shirts, website listing/link, two on-course large size (4'x4') signs, and official program listing (full page).
Gold Sponsor ($400):
One Team (three players), three luncheons, three shirts, one on-course medium size sign, and official program listing.
Hole Sponsor ($150):
One player, one shirt, one luncheon, on-course hole sign, and official program listing.
Patron Sponsor ($75):
One player, one shirt, one luncheon, and official program listing.
