Sponsorship Opportunities

2012 Event (Sponsor/Amputee Scramble)

Be a sponsor and participate with amputees from all over the United States.

Sponsorship includes admission to Friday's Sponsor/Amputee Scramble, automatic entry into the on-course contests, Bar-B-Que luncheon, and official tournament golf shirt. Team and individual awards will be distributed at the Awards Ceremony, following the Scramble.

Description of Sponsorship Options:

Platinum Sponsor ($900):

Two Teams (three players each), six luncheons, six shirts, website listing/link, large Banner sign and on-course sign, and official program listing (full page).

Gold Sponsor ($500):

One Team (three players), three luncheons, three shirts, one on-course medium size sign, and official program listing.

Hole Sponsor ($200):

One player, one shirt, one luncheon, on-course hole sign, and official program listing.

Patron Sponsor ($100):

One player, one shirt, one luncheon, and official program listing.
