Policy/Security Statement

Personal Information We Collect:

Amputee Golf Charities (AmpGC) collects information on amputees and sponsors that have participated in past Amputee Tournament Players Championship (TPC) events. This includes postal address (name, street, city, state, zip) and phone numbers plus type of amputation for players and type of donation for sponsors.

This personal information, plus an indication on years played/sponsored, is stored in a Player/Sponsor Database maintained by AmpGC.

How We Use Personal Information:

Amputee Player address information is used to send out pre tournament mailers on upcoming Amputee TPC events and to send tournament results to Amputee participants. And, Sponsor address information is used to send post tournament program flyers, thank you letters, and donation receipts to all sponsors.

How We Safeguard Information:

Information in the Player/Sponsor database is stored offline and is not available from the Website nor any other electronic means. AmpGC considers this information to be confidential, and as such, it will not be shared or released. (Note: The only exception is that we may, upon request, provide directors or event managers of other Amputee Golf tournaments with player names and postal address.)

Additionally, AmpGC will only use this information in support of the annual Amputee TPC and related events.

Other Security Issues:

This Website does not include any micro or script that will access your hard disk (cookies are not used).
