Hanger Prosthetics and Orthotics is the core business of the company. It provides patient care services to more than 650,000 patients every year. Orthotics is the custom design, fabrication and fitting of braces and supports for the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. Prosthetics is the custom design, fabrication and fitting of artificial limbs.

Hanger Prosthetics and Orthotics also offers post-mastectomy care and a specialty footwear program for diabetics. While our various programs are targeted to the specific needs of distinct patient groups, their goals are identical -- to maximize the ability of each patient to successfully perform activities of daily living.
